Ms. Cynthia El-Mokdsi
Founder, CEO.
A Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, as well as a Member of the New South Wales Law Society, Cynthia El Mokdsi has worked in the legal profession for close to a decade now, gaining invaluable experience across several critical areas of Australian law.

With a keen interest in legal conflict resolution and a valuable understanding of how this contributes to a better society, Cynthia has learnt how to apply her range of knowledge and various skillsets towards any legal matter that may arise.

Cynthia founded Macdessi Lawyers on the values of achieving justice and making a real difference in the lives of her clients. Now, as Principal Lawyer, she prides herself on excellence in client service and taking the time to fully understand her clients’ legal position so she can offer the right advice that leads to the most favourable outcome.

Mr. Naguie Ibrahim

Originally from the Philippines, Naguie Ibrahim studied Law at the University of Notre Dame in Sydney while working full-time as a Registered Nurse.

He has now been admitted as an Australian Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, as well as a Member of the New South Wales Law Society, while back in his home country, he has been trained and admitted as a Shariah Counsellor of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
​
Speaking both English and Filipino (including various dialects), Naguie has gained a great amount of experience working across several areas of Law, including Civil, Criminal, Family, Traffic and Medical Law.

He has a deep passion for helping his clients, and is wholly dedicated to solving their legal challenges and ensuring they always get the right advice that they need for their unique situation.
